You may return most new unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Bespoke custom pots cannot be returned. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also cover your shipping costs.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to arrive. Typical times however are much quicker and this time estimate includes return shipping to us (5 to 10 days), processing and checking your return (3 – 5 days) and the time it takes for the refund to show in your account (5 to 10 days depending on your bank).
To return an item, simply login to your account, and click on the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu. Then click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We’ll notify you by email when we have received and processed the returned item, and issued you a refund.
